Technical Consultancy and supporting business development for Sarl South Korean Samil CTS Vina
Project description: Samil CTS Vina is the Vietnamese subsidiary of a South Korean company specializing in the production of computers and computer peripherals.
Assessment of the current status and outstanding issues in corporate governance and financial management and provision of recommendations for improvement. The consulting service was implemented in two phases: Survey and Training/consulting. Specific activities of SEACO included:
- Factory evaluation and audit and propose to improve in technical and quality management system
- Consulting improved quality control in compliance with TCVN ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI’s code of conduct.
- Based on the assessment, SEACO developed training material and delivered training to Samil CTS Vina management on:
- A set of standards for social responsibility SA8000:2008
- Quality management system TCVN ISO 9001:2015
- The Business Social Responsibility Compliance Initiative (BSCI) code of conduct
- Developing ISO forms, 5S model and training
