SIC Mart (Social Impact Creation Mart) is a unique e-commerce platform, not just an ordinary shopping hub but also a bridge between business and social impact, a social impact business ecosystem where enterprises not only pursue profits but also focus on creating value for society. Initiated by the Vietnam Manpower Development Company Integration in 2023, SIC Mart carries a mission to not only promote trade but also to deliver love and create sustainable value for the community, especially for communities facing economic development challenges in remote areas of Vietnam.

Tay Nguyen Herbal Company Limited (DATO)
DATO is a prime example of a business model that creates social impact, operates with the goal of sustainable development, and supports the community. The company collaborates with 200 households in Kon Tum, of which 60% are ethnic minorities, to develop clean agricultural products and native medicinal herbs. DATO not only provides sustainable livelihoods for the people but also contributes to building brands and promoting local products to domestic and international markets.

DATO was honored and awarded the certificate of exemplary rural industrial product at the national level in 2023.
Thien Loi An Cooperative
Thiên Lợi An, a collective economic organization in Hoa Binh, specializes in the production and supply of products from natural medicinal herbs. The cooperative focuses on preserving traditional herbal medicine and creating employment for Muong ethnic women, thereby increasing income and improving the quality of life for the community. The cooperative’s products such as Giao Co Lam tea and Tam That essence are not only consumed at major fairs but also widely distributed through SIC Mart.

Impact and Value of SIC Mart
SIC Mart has succeeded in connecting social impact businesses with a larger market, helping their products reach more customers, thereby spreading the good values and cultural characteristics of each region. This platform not only helps improve the quality of life for local residents but also contributes to the sustainable development of the community.
In particular, SIC Mart continuously strives for equality in educational opportunities, personal development, and access to employment for marginalized groups in society, to accompany them in creating kindness and positive values for the community. Although only launched at the end of 2023, the project has already supported job creation and improved income for hundreds of local workers, people with disabilities, and those with particularly difficult circumstances. Each product delivered to consumers by the SIC Mart platform is an effort of the project to extend love, encourage, and provide special support for social enterprises, local communities, and marginalized groups in general, for a more sustainable and increasingly beautiful society.
