With AI, businesses can automate processes, analyze big data, and create decision support systems for business leaders based on effective data analysis. This not only helps to increase operational efficiency but also significantly improves the customer experience. Using AI to predict customer behavior and simulate possible business scenarios can help businesses better prepare for potential risks. AI helps businesses understand market needs and develop new products and services that are in line with trends and changing customer needs. AI helps automate processes such as supply chain management and finance, saving businesses time and optimizing resources, and many other benefits for both businesses and consultants, and much more requiring consultants to constantly learn, update new technologies, raise awareness, improve expertise, leverage the power of technology, help businesses standardize and continuously improve production, save costs, save time to help businesses survive and move towards sustainable development.

Networking

From Ho Chi Minh City, in his presentation, Consulting Expert Tuan Huynh shared practical experiences in consulting for businesses. According to Mr. Tuan Huynh, consultants and experts are people with deep knowledge and experience in a specific field. The role of a consultant is to analyze the actual situation of the business, identify risks and opportunities, and clearly define the scope of support in a clear and effective way. Consultants resolve issues that arise during the consulting process and provide timely feedback to help businesses adjust their business strategies or plans. However, consultants also need to know when to change and upgrade themselves to keep up with trends and technological advancements to ensure success and effectiveness in consulting work.

Ms. Vu Thi Bich Loan, Deputy Head of the Department in charge of consulting and supporting business registration, provided detailed information on business support policies. Ms. Loan said: “The Center is implementing many programs to support finance, training, and human resource development for businesses. These supports include funding for innovation projects, technical support, and training from leading experts, with the goal of not only raising management skills but also improving the production and business capacity of businesses.” One of the notable initiatives that Ms. Loan emphasized was the establishment of a national network of consultants. This network will include leading experts in many different fields, from information technology, business management, accounting and finance …, to ensure that businesses can receive the most comprehensive and timely support.
